Our Studio
Bourtoqali is a culturally rooted food and beverage consultancy based in Amman, Jordan. We help cafes, bars, restaurants, and creative spaces build concepts, menus, and experiences that are deeply connected to the region.
Our work is about more than good food and drinks; it is about storytelling, identity, and hospitality with intention. From beverage program development and team training to concept creation and product storytelling, everything we do starts with one simple rule: from the region, for the region, never just inspired by it.
